Tên thường gọi: Chùa Tỉnh hội. Chùa tọa lạc ở số 33B đường Trần Phú, phường Lạc Đạo, thành phố Phan Thiết, tỉnh Bình Thuận. Chùa thuộc hệ phái Bắc tông.
Lịch sử
Chùa được Ban Trị sự An Nam Phật học hội tỉnh Bình Thuận và Phật tử sáng lập vào năm 1940 làm trụ sở Tỉnh hội. Tài liệu của chùa cho biết, chùa đã từng là cơ sở cấp tỉnh của các tổ chức sau: Năm 1940 – 1951: trụ sở An Nam Phật học hội Bình Thuận; năm 1950: thành lập Gia đình Phật tử Bình Thuận; năm 1951 – 1964: trụ sở Giáo hội Tăng già Bình Thuận; năm 1964 – 1982: trụ sở Ban đại diện GHPGVNTN Bình Thuận; từ năm 1982 đến nay: trụ sở Ban Trị sự Phật giáo tỉnh Bình Thuận.
Chùa đã trải qua 10 vị trụ trì, từ Thượng tọa Thích Nguyên Trụ trụ trì đầu tiên (1940 – 1941) đến Thượng tọa Thích Chơn Thành trụ trì từ năm 1975 đến nay. Năm 1985, Thượng tọa Thích Chơn Thành và Đại đức Phó trụ trì Thích Minh Nhật đã tổ chức trùng tu ngôi chùa khang trang.

The Tinh Hoi Pagoda, commonly known as Tinh Hoi Pagoda, located at 33B Tran Phu Street, Lac Dao Ward, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province, is an important temple belonging to the Northern Buddhist sect.
This temple was founded in 1940 by the Provincial Executive Committee of the Annam Buddhist Association of Binh Thuan and Buddhist followers, with the main purpose of serving as the headquarters for the Provincial Assembly. Throughout its developmental history, Tinh Hoi Pagoda has played a significant role as the headquarters for various Buddhist organizations such as the Annam Buddhist Association of Binh Thuan, Binh Thuan Buddhist Families, Binh Thuan Elderly Sangha, and the Representative Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Binh Thuan.
The pagoda has undergone 10 generations of abbots, from Venerable Thich Nguyen Tru, the first abbot from 1940 to 1941, to Venerable Thich Chon Thanh, who has been in charge since 1975. In 1985, under the leadership of Venerable Thich Chon Thanh and with the support of Deputy Abbot Thich Minh Nhat, the pagoda underwent a comprehensive renovation, bringing a new splendor to the temple.

庙宗会庙，通常称为庙宗会庙，位于滨海省潘捷市洛道区特兰布街33B号，是一座重要的北宗庙宇。
这座庙宇于1940年由滨海省安南佛学会和信徒们建立，主要目的是作为宗会的总部。在历史发展的过程中，庙宗会庙扮演着重要的角色，成为安南佛学会滨海省、滨海省佛教信徒家庭、滨海省老年佛教会和滨海省佛教代表委员会的总部。
庙经历了10位主持，从1940年至1941年由释义元主持，到现任主持释准成自1975年起。1985年，在释准成主持的主持下，并得到副主持释明日的支持，庙经历了全面修复，为庙宇带来了新的壮丽气象。

Ce temple a été fondé en 1940 par le Comité exécutif provincial de l’Association bouddhiste de l’Annam de Binh Thuan et les fidèles bouddhistes, dans le but principal de servir de siège à l’Assemblée provinciale. Tout au long de son histoire de développement, la Pagode Tinh Hoi a joué un rôle significatif en tant que siège pour diverses organisations bouddhistes telles que l’Association bouddhiste de l’Annam de Binh Thuan, les Familles bouddhistes de Binh Thuan, le Sangha des personnes âgées de Binh Thuan et le Conseil représentatif de la Sangha bouddhiste du Vietnam de Binh Thuan.
La pagode a connu 10 générations d’abbés, de Vénérable Thich Nguyen Tru, le premier abbé de 1940 à 1941, à Vénérable Thich Chon Thanh, qui est en charge depuis 1975. En 1985, sous la direction de Vénérable Thich Chon Thanh et avec le soutien du vice-abbé Thich Minh Nhat, la pagode a subi une rénovation complète, apportant un nouvel éclat au temple.
